Goal: Collaborate with Rock County Partners to inspire each other in a unifying celebration of America's 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
Theme: “An American Tapestry: Our Story, America’s Story”
The Rock County America 250 Planning Committee is an adHoc committee comprised of a variety of Rock County educational, non-profit, and government leaders who cherish the County's history and share a common vision of collaborating as a county to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the founding of the United States of America. The committee began their work in November 2024. They meet bi-monthly at various locations throughout the county.
Chaired by Kathy Boguszewski, retired School Library Media Administrator and Rock County Historical Society Board Trustee.
